Electrical Installation Condition Reports are also a large part of our continual contracted works as we undertake testing programmes for a significant amount of housing associations throughout London. We then offer our clients a maintenance and repairs service off the back of our findings.

Emergency Electrical Repairs and Out Of Hours responsive works are also something we offer to our clients or businesses such as housing associations and letting agents looking to give their customers the best possible cover should something go wrong in off-peak times.

We also believe strongly in Health & Safety keeping both ourselves and others safe on site as we are both ISO 9001 and CHAS accredited.

When it comes to installing or improving the electrical installation to your property or project, choosing an NICEIC Approved Contractor is a business or householder’s best option. We are inspected yearly and we use the NICEIC software for our certification and Part P notifications.

We can offer you the following services;
