Emergency Lighting Upgrade, Adaptions to the existing lighting circuit in galvanised conduit. Replacement of Consumer Units, Testing & Issuing of Emergency Lighting Log Book. These works were undertaken to provide the tenants with internal and external emergency lighting to aid the tenants' safe egress in an emergency situation. The lighting on the gable walls and rear bin sheds was also to increase the level of security and safety in the muster point area. This was also an energy-saving lighting installation for DBC as we used Microwave Sensor Light fittings, so these are only on when triggered by movement or dusk.
