Arvag again won these works following a competitive tender for Dacorum Borough Council in 2021 completing in 2022 to the value of £420k. The works were to renew FEDS, Communal and Riser cupboard doors along with Fire Stopping and Full decoration to the Care Home. We have now been engaged to address the externals including the construction of pathways from the fire exits to a safe area landscaping and a recreation area for the residents.
