Emergency Lighting Upgrade, Replacement of Consumer Units, Installing a Cleaners Socket and Testing & Issuing of Emergency Lighting Log Book. These works were undertaken to provide the tenants with internal and external emergency lighting to aid the elderly tenants' safe egress in an emergency situation. The lighting on the gable walls also increased the level of security and safety of the scheme due to the number of walkways between the buildings. This was also an energy-saving lighting installation for DBC as we used Microwave Sensor Light fittings, so these are only on when triggered by movement.
