Emergency Lighting Schemes across London, South East and East Anglia
Upgrading and rewiring of emergency lighting to multiple schemes across Greater & Central London and South, South East and East of England.
The project was to upgrade buildings on behalf of the fire risk assessment provided by the client and whether they were stay put or full evacuation. We inspected every property and issued the client with a fully itemised quote and design. We planned the works through letters and communications with our RLO. Installation was a Low Carbon/Low Energy Consumption design with Microwave Sensored Light fittings which are triggered when a person walks towards them. Once the works were completed they were tested and signed off by our NICEIC QS and handed over to Clarion Housing Group.
