Dombey Street was tendered for and successfully won again by the Electrical and Fire Alarm teams. These works were completed during Covid-19 so we made sure we had a Risk Assessment in place along with signage and the correct PPE at all times. The main works were in the communal areas of the blocks which were converted street properties. The works consisted of distribution board upgrades along with the small power and emergency lighting both internal and external and a full grade A fire alarm installations and grade D to the dwellings. The works were finished off with a full redecoration so we left the blocks immaculate, and the tenants happy.
