Apest, part of the Arvag Group, is a multidisciplinary property renovation hub designed to cater to complete refurbishment projects and renovations. We provide all means necessary to oversee and undertake whole projects from procurement to completion.

Our company divisions include building and construction, electrical services (including an out-of-hours emergency service), FRA works (Fire Risk Assessments/Repairs), Fire stopping / Fire door maintenance, Fire door renewals, plumbing, pest control, and environmental services.

With our property management expertise, high levels of customer service and meticulous property knowledge we are a reliable, efficient and professional service trusted by numerous household names.

Refurbishments

In recent years, we have grown the business to include Fire Risk Assessments, Fire stopping / Fire door maintenance, Fire door renewals, Project Works and Electrical Works.

Most recently, we have begun to offer our clients an Out of Hours service, allowing our clients to be assured that we can provide the same level of service provided during regular business hours, outside of business hours and on weekends.

This could be as small as a smashed socket to a bigger repair such as a building with no power.

The Out of Hours service is suited for clients in commercial properties, schools and multi-story buildings that require 24-hour support.

We can handle everything from cleaning and minor repairs right through to full refurbishment.

Full refurbishment projects (planning, overseeing and undertaking) include:

Property refits (established clients include various buildings in education, health, and high-end blue-chip companies.)  

Full rebuilds following fire damage, bringing the property back to a lettable standard. 

Comprehensive maintenance service (including cleaning and minor repairs)  

Thorough cleaning and sanitation; including graffiti removal and overcoming pest infestations. 

Fire Risk Assessments, rectifying non-compliant properties where required.

Fire stopping / Fire door maintenance and Fire door renewals.

Apest's parent company the ARVAG Group includes over 130 full-time specialists with a fleet of 60 vehicles. All staff are fully qualified, DBS checked and undergo a rigorous induction process before being sent to projects to ensure we provide the very best service to our clients. All staff are provided with continued and up-to-date staff training to ensure we are at the forefront of any developments within the construction industry.

We recognise and value our electrical apprentices, providing them with the means to become JTL qualified and progress successfully within the team. We also welcome training ideas and suggestions from staff and in many cases, we will pay for the entire team to attend. Recent courses we have taken part in include; RAKO intelligent lighting, sharps collection and lead removal training.
