Disrepair Contract Win - Hyde Housing

We are delighted to anounce a contract win with Hyde Housing to undertake Disrepair Works accross London on their Social Housing stock. We will support Hyde Housing in these important disrepair works to help them ensure the condition of their housing stock continues to meet the required standards. This will in turn provide their tenants and customers with a safe home and living conditions.
Our qualified and experienced operational teams will be competently taking on the following works:
- Refurbishment works which range from a complete dwelling to replacement kitchens and bathrooms using our skilled multi trade operatives.
- FRA Actions such as Fire Door Installations, Fire Door Maintenance and Fire Stopping under our BM Trada accreditation.
- Specialist Aids and Adaptations conversions such as wet rooms and access ramps.
- Waste Clearances & Cleaning teams to deal with dwelling and garden clearances. The cleaning team undertake all works including damp & mould treatments, sewage clean ups and carpets.
- NICEIC Approved Electrical team undertaking testing and the necessary remedial works.
- Aico approved installations for all Domestic Smoke Alarm installations and BAFE 203-1 for all Hybrid Hi Rise installations.
- Gas Safe Plumbing and Heating team undertaking repair works including boiler replacements.
- BPCA Pest Control services dealing with Rodent issues to infestations.
