Apest is delighted to report that they are getting behind Thomas Callum Associates who are taking part in the 2022 Thames Path Mighty Hike with a £500 donation to Macmillan Cancer Support as they embark on a staggering 26-mile hike! The team have already raised over £1,600 with no sign of stopping.

The Thames Path Mighty Hike, which takes place on Saturday 16th July, is a fundraising event created to raise awareness and donations for Macmillan Cancer Support with teams hiking a marathon along the beautiful Thames Path from Windsor Racecourse to Henley while taking into some of the stunning views along the country’s most iconic river.

The route will take the team 26 miles along the River Thames.

Macmillan is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. It also examines the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have and campaigns for better cancer care.

Mr Daniel Dawkins, Managing Director, went on to say, “Most people are or have been touched sadly by cancer, and we are super pleased to be able to get behind those looking to make a difference - we would encourage everyone to get behind a solution and support for those in need. Finally, I would like to personally wish everyone from Thomas Callum Associates who are taking part in the hike all the very best in completing this epic challenge.”

If you would like to donate to this fantastic cause, please head to the dedicated JustGiving page.

Macmillan Cancer Support will be the beneficiary of the fundraising exercise.
