Natioanal Britannia Safe Contractor
SAFEContractor
SAFEcontractor is an accreditation scheme that assesses the health & safety competency of contractors and service providers. Clients have a legal obligation to ensure that external contractors and service providers working on their premises operate in a safe way. There is therefore a need to assess contractors health & safety arrangements and increasingly this is being carried out through SAFEcontractor.
Construction Line
Constructionline
Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers. This also applies to pest control related activities.
Exor
Exor
The Exor policy towards accreditation is based on an active and robust programme of checking, testing and independent validation of the information supplied. It is not purely a listing of information and data. Exor's service is designed to deliver our clients with a real risk management proposition that allows them to select approved suppliers, with confidence.
CHAS

CHAS
CHAS assesses the health and safety standards, the organisation for health and safety, and the specific health and safety arrangements of contractors (suppliers) who apply for work with public and private sector organisations (buyers).
Suppliers can sometimes meet one buyer’s Health and Safety standards but not another. Being CHAS approved reduces duplication as suppliers compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers.
